Face-to-face is key
The most effective way to understand how investors
are thinking is through face-to-face meetings with investors. This
is the reason the key focus of our service is to take clients to
meet
international
investors directly in their offices overseas.
A two-way exchange
The ideal meeting in our view is a two-way exchange of information,
not a one-way presentation. In this way companies have the opportunity
to hear the views of investment professionals.
European Feed-Back Program
We call our meetings service a "Feed-Back Program" because it allows
companies to hear the views of fund managers in a concentrated period
of time, from a variety of capital markets, and therefore a variety
of perspectives. Through it, ACA's clients can gain better insight
into what will encourage investors to increase the ownership of their
company's stock.
London Service
London is the largest centre for international fund management in
the world and the focus of our European Feedback Program. ACA has
numerous personal ties with international fund managers in London,
which enables us to arrange effective meetings and surveys for our
clients.
Improve and refine client IR
ACA offers follow-up services to help companies improve their IR
programs on their return to Japan based on insights from meetings.
Maintain contact with investors
An important aspect of ACA's follow up service is to ensure that
overseas investors are kept in touch about the client company after
the company returns to Japan. If appropriate, ACA can also assist
the client company to communicate information gained from the visit
to the wider investment community through such means as sell-side
analyst contacts, news media, email, and the company's Web site.
